The easiest training you will ever do is the training you do first. Puppy sessions are short, gentle and upbeat — built to install good habits during the window when your puppy is learning fastest.
- House and crate manners, plus a realistic potty-training routine
- Name recognition, attention and the beginnings of recall
- Loose-leash walking before your puppy is strong enough to pull
- Bite inhibition and an end to needle-sharp nipping

Best for puppies roughly 8 weeks to 6 months. Bring the whole family — puppies generalize badly, and they need to hear the rules from everyone.

Program 02Obedience
Training
The core of everything we do. Your dog learns a set of commands that hold up when it matters — not just in a quiet kitchen with a treat in your hand.
- Sit, down, place and a rock-solid stay with real duration
- Heel: a walk you can take with a coffee in your other hand
- Recall that works the first time, around distractions
- Polite greetings — no jumping, no charging the door

Skills are taught in stages, then deliberately tested — new places, new people, new noise — until the command means the same thing everywhere.
One trainer, one dog, one problem to solve. Private lessons are the right call when the challenge is specific, urgent, or doesn't fit a standard curriculum.
- Leash reactivity and barking or lunging at other dogs

Sessions can happen where the behavior actually occurs. A dog who only loses it at your front door needs to be worked at your front door.

Behavior solutions
The hard cases are welcome here
Reactivity, aggression and anxiety aren't obedience problems with a bigger volume knob — they need a different plan. We build one: management first, then confidence, then obedience through gradually increasing socialization and real-world distraction.
If you're nervous around your own dog, or someone has been bitten, tell us on the first call so we can plan the evaluation safely.
Reactivity
Barking, lunging and spinning at the end of the leash. We lower the threshold, teach an alternative behavior, and rebuild the walk one distance at a time.
Aggression
Careful, structured work with clear safety protocols and realistic goals. We'll tell you honestly what management will always be required.
Anxiety
Separation distress, noise fear and shutdown behavior. Structure, predictability and confidence-building do more here than any command ever will.

What does the free evaluation include?
About an hour with a trainer. We meet your dog, watch how they respond to you and to a stranger, talk through your goals and your daily routine, and then explain which program fits, roughly how long it should take and exactly what it costs. There's no obligation to sign up.
How much does training cost?
It depends on the program and on what your dog needs, which is why we quote after the evaluation rather than before. Flexible financing options are available and we're happy to walk through them with you.
How old should my dog be to start?
Puppies can begin as soon as they're home and cleared by your vet — earlier is easier. At the other end, there's no upper limit. Older dogs learn perfectly well; they just have more history to work around.
Do you work with aggressive dogs?
Yes, with a safety-first plan and honest expectations. Please mention any bite history when you book so the evaluation is set up appropriately.
How long until I see a difference?
Most owners notice a change in the first couple of sessions — usually in engagement and leash pressure. Durable, distraction-proof reliability takes longer and depends heavily on the practice you put in between sessions.
Do I need to be there?
Yes, and so should everyone else who lives with the dog. Your dog will learn the skills either way; the point of training is that you can use them.
What happens after the program ends?
You still have our number. Follow-up guidance is part of working with us — call when something new comes up, and ask about group classes to keep skills sharp.
